While we had
just finished the dinner, one of my new buddies, Darshan asked me out at the
terrace. flooded with joy of being into college
and enthusiasm of seeing new faces and places subdued my lethargy after
having a dinner and made me forget that my room was @ground floor and we had to
rise over three floors to get to it.
While we
were dwelling around here around 11 at night and there suddenly we got a rouse
call from the back...."Hey chap! Come here". We went there with our
hearts in our hands and stood before four guys amongst whom only one looked
dominant and seemed to be the leader. He had a cigarette in his hand almost
finished more than its half......"Stand in funda......."We all thought, funda???????.What was it???? but before any further mental action,
he asked one of us to sing (I won't mention who) but he sang pathetically. No
one had guts to refuse, he was about to
end suddenly someone called loudly from behind, "AVASH, you've got a call.
You'd left your cell phone in the room.
Hell!!! What
was this, no one had the guts to call a senior guy by his name.............It
was ridiculous...taking the advantage of our huge population, That guy was
trying to fool us....and unfortunately they won!!!
They started
laughing @us so did we after sometime.... Now, for the sake of our ego we all
said to each other "I was just acting. I 'd seen him
earlier.....:P".......
But guess
what after that??? Now they were not four but we were seven now......We pranked
on 7 to 8 more guys (some of them started crying even haha.........) and it
went past one...... A great night it was, so as we felt safe in our own
hostel..... for us we fooled so many, got fooled by guys but after all got to
know some new faces and found new friends from throughout the nation................
